Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing and apparently non existent customer service

I have also been ripped off by the completely unprofessional so called company called Urban Nutrition.

I ordered two products on their 14 day trial and wasnt really satasfied with the products, so emailed them and cancelled before the 14 days had gone by. Surprise, surprise, not too long after that i recieved another shipment of each product and was charged 39.95 for each. I refused delivery of the products and they were sent back immediately.

Since then, I have emailed customer service several times and it seems that they have selective reading, because i only recieve replies part of the time and it says the same thing everytime. The emails say that i did not cancel before the trial was up and all i can recieve is a product credit.

I was not satasfied with their products when I tried them, so why would i want to waste my money on more? It would be nice to hear from the owner of this company with a rebuttal, instead of Darren (employee of the month, lol), who seems to be just about the only one who works for this company.

Well, I pretty much just wanted to warn everyone about this rediculous business. And, I also want to let Urban Nutrition (Darren, lol) know that i am going to my bank within the next couple days to file a fraud report. I have already spoken with my bank about this and was told that if i dont recieve my money back soon, they would be happy to file a fraud report.

I have also spoken with a lawyer and am thinking about filing a lawsuit and from reading all these other rip off reports, I am guessing that there are probably people who would join me in sucking them dry like they have us and putting Urban Nutrtion out of business. This is no joke and i am not affraid to go elsewhere to get this resolved because Im obviousely not getting anywhere with Urban Nutrtion and neither is anyone else.
