Inc. Ripoff bad work

I hired them to do an addition to my house. 2 bedrooms. They sent out their new guy all by himself whom we did not know only had about 3 weeks experience until he told us when he was almost done with our addition. 3 of the 4 windows are noticeably crooked and the north floor suddenly drops off an inch and a half, maybe a forgotten stud, i am not sure.

The east wall was missing a stud, which we did not know until we were hanging drywall on the ceiling (12 foot sheets very heavy) and there was nothing to attach the drywall to. The studs that are there are crooked. They put them on 24 inch centers and some of them are 22 some up to 27 and so on. Very hard to find when you are doing drywall and think they are going to be straight like they should be. We have called him repeatedly over the last week and for the first few days he was really busy and couldn't make it out, but then would give us a call when he could come out to take a look and now he won't even answer his phone or return calls.
