It is not the first time I have a problem with Kohl's Charge card.
I always always pay the first of the month even though my due day is the 17th. Now they are charging me a late fee, do not give solutions, they evade the answers and the responsability. Do not respond to emails and say they do.
Now I owe them 200 dollars more because... What... Because they say so???
My credit is seriously being affected by this.
