Company has a great website which is what convinced us to do business with them. We paid in full at least a month in advance.
The videographers were on time and present for the whole wedding and reception.
After over 5 months of inquiries with the company, all we have are empty promises and unanswered emails.
Owner (Paunch) claims to be working on final cuts of weddings from 2009! Very hard to believe.
But after a lengthy discussion by phone he assured my wife and I that we'd have a finished product no more than two weeks from that day.
Nearly six weeks later, we still have nothing and they will not answer our emails or deliver the video we paid for.
If anyone decides to use this company, make sure you get a completion date in your contract and do not pay more than 20% down. Hold the final balance hostage until you get your video.
Better yet, go with another company and talk to references first.
