I have had a similar issue with them that I am still dealing with today. I wanted to share the latest email I sent on Friday, May 25th to A Solid Gold Sound. I have tried calling — no answer, so I sent an email and here is how I responded to them.

"I must say that this is very disappointing as the video does not reflect what we were sold in our contract and what was requested in the contract for the day of the wedding.in the contract we checked off what was important for us in the video and half of that was not met.

We have practically no shots of our guests from the ceremony and reception, no commentary from our guests at the reception, no shots of our bride/groom table, and the taping and editing on this video was not professional. There was too much movement, side shots/partial shots/no shots of performers and participants in the wedding.

As I reflect back on the day of the wedding, the videographer never introduced himself to me or my husband, nor did he ask any of the wedding consultants at Vines Botanical Gardens what family members we would like to have provide their comments and wedding wishes for us.

I have not shared the five copies to family at all because it is embarassing to watch. I don't want my family to know we paid someone to shoot such a poor video. It's just awful. I viewed the video from A Solid Gold Sound and viewed our contract again this weekend to see if we were missing something.

I am not very happy with the end product at all. I can't believe we spent all of this time waiting for a video that is not even good quality. Speaking of waiting, it just doesn't make sense to continue to call your company and there is no follow-through from your staff. Our wedding was in Sept and we are just receiving the video 3rd week in May — incredibly crazy!

This is just so unacceptable! I really would appreciate a phone call from a manager at A Solid Gold Sound, since it is very difficult to get a hold of someone by calling the 800 number, especially during this time of year."

We plan to take further actions against this company. Now I know to look up the reputation of a company first before doing business with them. If I would have known there were over 23 cases filed against this company, I definitely wouldn't have exchanged money for their video services.
