They are causing an unnecessary cost to the consume

I purchased the H20 Vacuum Turbo. They offered me 2 plus they both do not remain in the high-suction for over 10 minutes. I called to voice my criticism. They didn't provide to repair or substitute them with fresh types, only cash back. I get charged for delivery however used to do not get any info on the return delivery within the infomercial or within the paperwork. They're creating an unwanted price towards the customer. Had the models worked I'd have held them. Had they offrered types that worked I'd have considred it having a private promise they do function and remain in the high-suction strength. I'd also have happily shipped them towards the factory.
