IndianSmokesOnline was paid $468.00 by e-check for an order I placed on Feb 3. I did not know the shipping company they use was not able to deliver to my ZIP code until an employee of the trucking company told me on March 31. Yet the money came out of my checking account on Feb 7.
I have tried dozens of times to contact the company for a refund, by phone, email, feedback form on the website, and US mail. I have proof that the letter I sent was delivered to the PO Box. I have gotten NO response from this company even though they have my email address, my mailing address and my phone number.
As far as I'm concerned, that is theft!
