Refund promised of $200 for auto pickup, delivery Ripoff

On 10/26/05, I filled out an online order form for a company named A1 Shipping Services (whose form states that their phone number is 800-732-1362) to pick up an auto in Massachusetts and deliver it to my home in Florida. Although delivery was promised, and I called several times to find out when the delivery would actually take place, nothing ever happened. Just prior to 11/7/05, I demanded refund of my $200 down payment which was given in the form of an e-check. On or before 11/7/05, A1 Shipping Services sent me an email which was signed by Worldwide Automobile Logistics whose phone number is shown on the email as 800-732-1362, the same number as A1 Shipping Services and this email promised a refund of my $200 down payment. According to their email, I was supposed to get this refund in "3-10 business days". Since I still did not have the refund by 11/21/05, I again emailed A1 Shipping Services who had promised to "credit back the way the order was paid". This meant then that if the money was not back in the account from which it had been paid, they had not lived up to their promise. My bank stated that it had not been paid back to the account. On 11/24/05, I sent another email to A1 Shipping Services demanding my promised refund of $200 and on 11/25/05, I received yet another email which states that my "refund had been processed on 11/21/05" and further that it was "within the time frame as previously disclosed" and that I should receive it within the next couple of days. To date, I have not received the refund. I should also like to state that another name that was involved with these two companies, if they really are two companies was A1T Company and this name also appeared on an email connected to Worldwide Automobile Logistics.
