Sent wrong item

I bought 2 products in July '09. Acquired 2 products, but one of these was the incorrect product. They believed to deliver it back plus they might deliver out the right product. I did so because they said. Per month later they claim they've obtained them and need to understand which they ought to deliver. Delivered a contact at the conclusion of Oct. Wondering where my product was. They responded "currently delivered it some time back". From the center of December, I still hadn't noticed from their store, or obtained that. They claim they'll re ship them but need me to cover it! I said they are able to purchase the delivery or return my income. I still haven;t had my money returned.
