We called this company to do a service call at 4pm and they showed up 8 hrs later with a guy that didn't have a clue on how to repair an 8.3 Cummins motor. I had to tell the guy on the phone what to check for. They charged 495.00 for a service call and did nothing. They will tell you if you don't pay the bill they will tow your truck as they did with my carrier. They paid it after I told them not to but they gave me one price and the carrier a higher price. Run from this company because they are pretty shady.
