I bought from them for the first time to avoid the high cost of cigars here in Hawaii. I was worried about how they would account for charging $25.00 for one carton of cigars.
I was right as I got the carton via USPS Priority Flat Rate Box with Delivery Confirmation. Thus, the cost of $10.95 plus. 70 for delivery confirmation was over a 100% mark up for the actual cost of shipping.
