I ordered cigars from Davidoff NY and it was supposed to be delivered to me in Saudi through MyUS.com. I have confirmed with them that they deliver cigars to Saudi before I placed the order and they confirmed that they do. Unfortunately, the information was not correct!
When my order was shipped to myUS.com they automatically deducted 60$ from my credit card as delivery fees for forwarding the package to me.
When the order arrived to Saudi on 17 Jan it was rejected by costumes and I was informed by MyUS.com that it will be returned free of charge to the states. It has been almost 2 months now and they have no clue where my cigars are! Neither will they refund the expenses! The cigars are probably ruined now and they cost me 219 $
