Tobacco General did not deliver the product I ordered and shorted me 2 grams of Incense of K3 when I bought 8 grams from them. Do not buy from tobacco general! They do not answer their phone either! Customer complaint

If you have never bought from TobaccoGeneral.com do not and here is why. I was a first time buyer from Tobacco General and I bought some K3 Incense from them that should have been 4 grams per package, I bought two and should have had 8 grams all together. When I have received the incense first thing I did was empty the K3 into a container to check to see if the weight was correct, and sure enough Tobacco General shorted me 1 gram per package so I was shorted by 2 grams all together which is about $15 worth of product. I went to call the number they have listed on their website and I got a disconnected and suspended notice from Magic Jack and cannot contact the company because their voice mail is overloaded and cannot receive any voice mail and they do not respond to their emails as well. Do not buy from tobacco general they will rip you off!!!
