Ripoff charge me twice on my last bill because a mistake they made and I paid it! Now they say I didn't pay!

After eliminating my wire in january. 04, I had been informed I'd just spend 30.60 after which 14 days later I acquired a statement for 15.74 to get a mistake they created. I settled the statement despite the fact that my wire support was not working right due to anxiety about credit be wreck by this. Today they're saying used to donot spend the additional and transform it to collection company that we have authored them once previously which 15.74 wont disappear.

despite i settled the statement the organization still delivering selection sees within the email. Both my inspections were from lender one, 1/02/04 ck 288 for 30.60 and 3/13/04 ck 326 for 15.74.
