Smart Communications Ripoff Changed the PIN code of my cell phone & didn't tell me what the new PIN code is

An employee of Smart Communications, Inc. Changed the PIN CODE of my new cellphone, even though I didn't ask her to. Then she didn't tell me what the new PIN code is.

As a result, for months I haven't been able to use said cellphone.
