Ratchett, Horrible, and Disgusting customer service

I read another review about this companies formal wear unforunately after I got a taste of their customer service/product. The guy that wrote a report back in 2006 is not lying he is telling the truth 100%. To prove that he is telling the truth its now 2011 and they are still sending our dirty Tux. The shoes were horrid, the tux were awful didnt fit properly the only thing is we wasnt as lucky to go and get a replacement. My husband was embarrassed that he even had to wear the tux. Something needs to be done with this company because this is simply unacceptable. I am now filing a complaint through the BBB so we will see how that goes. I called the store and all they had to say was well its a Ivory tux and they are hard to clean.in my opinion if that is the case that means that you probably need to replace the whole tux as well as the shoes. If the shoes are in horrible shape then they need to replace them. I am sure they made their money off of that one tux/shoes therefore there needs to be a time period that they get replaced. No one should ever receive such filthy formal wear especially for a wedding and not to mention the price 159 for the tux. I am asking for my money back and for those people that are looking to rent a tux... Run as fast as you can! Find another place.
