BE AWARE of ALDO SHOES, you can only wear 15 days... No return no exchange... Shoes for 15 days... What a cheapest quality

Hi this is Berkan,

I have bought 2 different shoes from ALDO Shoes which is in Otay Ranch Town Center Mall, Chula Vista California. After 15 days both shoes have damaged. Even I just wear them at night when I go out to hangout. So totally I have wear 4-5 times each one. Then I brought shoes and my receipt to the store where I have bought to get refund. The guy who is the manager of the store has told me that they don't refund for any item. He told me that he is going to send them to repair. Can you believe that I bought 2 shoes and both of them have damaged but even they don't exchange it. Then I got mad and told the guy they should exchange it at least. He told that he can only exchange one of them. When I asked what about the other shoes, he told me that he can do nothing about it. I asked him what if the shoes that you have just exchanged will get damaged in couple days again, What I'm going to do. See the answer " Most probably it is going to be the same, because all they have same quality."

Then I told that I have paid for those shoes to wear them only 15 days. Really?

I have never had any shoes like this cheap quality and horrible customer satisfaction.

Then I have called customer service. After 45 minutes waiting time, I couldn't talk with any agent. Then I really realized the quality of this brand.

But I just pretended in the store that I'm talking on the phone to make the other customers here me. Because I don't want other people waste their money with this cheap quality brand.

Now what I'm doing is, going to all electronic stores and making negative reviews about the ALDO Shoes. Because they are really super cheap quality.

I also complaint about that store to the mall management.

I will keep doing this on the web sites. They didn't exchange my shoes which was 40 $ but their loss going to be much more than that... We will see...

I just recommend you to be aware of ALDO Shoes...
