I bought those lovely wedding shoes at Nancy's Bridal and formal Boutique in Utica, MI. They cost 80 dolars but I thought that the my wedding day is special so why not. The shoes broke right at the wedding ceremony.
It was unbelievable! I went back there and wanted either new pair of shoes or my money back. But I was told there was not any return policy.
How can it work like this? They ruined my wedding day and continue doing the same bad business with other customers now. Do I have any rights here?
