Me and my husband are trying to buy a house, and we recieved a copy of our credit and low and behold there are 2 accounts for axsys / fingerhut on there. I have told these people before i never ordered anything from them to begin with. I am sending out a letter on the advice of my attorney. I am giving them 30 days to have this removed or i will start a lawsuit.
