Phone bill ripoff

Im writing a usacomplaints.com because i also recived a charge on my phone bill for 12.95. I have no idea what this was so i phoned the number they told me someone in my home downloaded this and excepted charges well it's only me and my 4 year old daughter who does not know how to use the computer so i no i or she did not do this.

The lady i spoke to was angry on the phone and could not explain what it was then she tried to say it was a pop-up that must have came up on my computer and i hit the wrong key and excepted and i need to be careful what im doing on the computer. She then gave me another number to call 1 800 357-2532 where she said they can explain to me what it was so i called and got a recording of what it was and to press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to someone so when you select 2 to speak to someone all you get is another recording telling you they are busy and to leave a message.

I did cancel but i also have calls on my bill from sacramento and bentonvl ar. That totaled 10. Oo so now i have to call my phone company to let them know i didnt make these charges and now i fell i have to change my number. This is a sad thing we all have to go though and i hope it can get resovled before someone else gets ripped off
