I hired this law firm to handle my workmans comp claim! And they mishandled my case
, made me believe they were working for me and tried to run out my statue of limitations!
These are some of the things they said to me!

No, I don't have a medical release and have been unable to check any of your medical records, ever. You haven't sent anything. Based on your statement "off the clock, " your workers compensation claim is not one that I would take as you are not in the course and scope of employment. Please find another attorney as you have not cooperated with my requests, are making insults that do not represent the facts. I asked you to show me a contract and signed release and you have refused, which leads me to believe that you do not have them, and are now trying to fabricate a claim against me. I cannot help you.
