I should have a bulls-eye posted right on my forehead!

I usually check out any service getting money through the schools with just a quick phone call. This kid came by, late afternoon, when no one was available to answer a call at the school.

I was impressed that my magazine subscription would be credited to an already existing account for renewal AND I would be helping this student with sponsorship for an international football/soccer trip.

Follow up with my magazine direct proved to me that you can't trust anyone door-to-door anymore. SI has never heard of this group, nor has my account been credited - even though the purchase was made on 05/03 — it is now 09/16! Of course, there is never a call back from the phone number provided — I've left no less than 5 message over the course of the months.

Uggh! What a waste of someone's goodwill. For me? Never again — sorry kids — these folks ruined it for the rest.
