Marquis Fulfillment Agency LLC Door-to-door magazine sales scam - subscription never fulfilled

Friendly, bright young person (named Finnegan Mackenzie) went door-to-door in our neighborhood, supposedly selling magazine subscriptions to fund college education for year abroad in Europe. Subscription never came and customer service is non-responsive. The one time I got through to a service rep, they assured me my subscription would start soon... 6 months after paying for it. On pressing them further about this, they hung up on me and didn't answer further calls. Beware!
