Cust. Svc lies, each person says something different and they dont ship the product

I ordered an under the bed shoe organizer on August 9th. 2 weeks ago i spoke with someone who told me my order will ship in a few days. I called back Tues Sept 6 and was told my order was on backorder but came in "today" and would ship tomorrow. I called again today and was told that its been given to UPS and their "corporate HQ in California" emails the tracking #'s and i should get it within minutes. Its been HOURS and still nothing. I just noticed that they have a logo that says "hacker proof" but my web browser is telling me this is not a secure site and has a big red "X" thru HTTPS. There are many reviews on the web with similar stories about this company. I hope i am able to get my money back.
