Feeling like I am not getting straight answers

1/2/08 I contacted Shopsunshine.com via telephone at 11:29 am to verify if my order has been processed and shipped. Customer service stated that it had been processed and that the order would ship this afternoon, 1/2/08, and I should have it tomorrow, 1/3/08. I asked him for a tracking number and he stated that he wouldn't have it (the tracking number) for a couple of hours, and that he would email it to me.

1/2/08 4:30 pm: I did not recieve and email from the gentlemen so I decided to contact the custormer service department again. The gentlemen that I talked with sounded similar to the gentlemen I spoke with earlier. I asked if I could get some information about my order and gave him my information. He said that he didn't have the tracking number yet but he should have it shortly and that he would email it to me today.

1/3/08 1:25 pm I called customer service to get a follow-up on my order and tracking number. The gentlemen that I spoke with said that the order has been processed and will ship today 1/3/08 and that it should arrive Monday 1/7/08. I told him that it was suppose to ship DHL next day air and he said ok, I will have them upgrade it to next day air and it will be there tomorrow. I told him I spoke with him yesterday and he stated that I did not, but he had a really familiar voice like the gentlemen's yesterday. He told me that I didn't and because he has just come in today. He placed me on hold, came back on the line and told me that he had my order, was going to go downstairs and to get a tracking number for me within 1 to 2 hours. I asked him that if I do not see the email from him within that time if I should call back and he said you can if you would like.

1/3/08 1:30 pm I called the representative that took my order and explained to him that I need some answers to my questions and that I was having a hard time with customer service. He said that my order is shown as being processed and that he was going to speak to his manager to get me a tracking number. I was transfered to Chris Anderson, whom told me that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that he has my order and it will ship out today via DHL overnight air and I should have it tomorrow before the weekend. I asked him for a tracking number and he said I will not have that information until about 20 minutes from now and that he would personally send it to me.

I am leary that the order has not shipped yet. I am going to wait until 4:30 to call and get a tracking number again. If I do not get any answers I am going to call my credit card company and cancel payment to them and pay the extra money at my local store to have it today.
