I have contacted several breach of contract Attorney’s and heard nothing back. This is a scam and it seem like I can’t get any help in making this publishing company turn over my book sales statement. This is a lesson learned but I am going to keep trying because from all the states and out of country where my book is, I know I made a healthy mount of money and they are holding back and it’s not fair to me and others they have scammed out here. Please take heave and don’t walk in my foot steps when it comes to something that sounds so good but not. As the saying goes, if it’s to good to be real, then it’s not. Rn" rows=10 cols=90The problem that I am having is the book sales statement came out back on August 31 and right to this day, I have got nothing but the run around about my book sales statement and royalties check. I have contacted Publish America on numinous occasions but have not been getting a direct answer. I now feel like the contract between (myself) and Publish America has been breach on there end. They think this is a joke and the reason why I say that, I have the emails to prove it. RnrnI have my copy of the binding contract between us. I also have the $1 advanced check due to me under publishing contract for “what you don’t know about your man & me”. RnrnThey have been very rude to me and I am out raged. I have since then contacted BBB and the (FTC) Federal Trade Commissioner. I did here back from BBB and this is the email I received from them; Dear Ms. Sinclaire: rnI am responding to your complaint against Publish America. You should note that this company has an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau with 227 complaints against it in the last 3 years.in the future, I strongly suggest that you check with the BBB before dealing with an unfamiliar company. I suggest you read the information on the BBB webstie. RnrnYou can certainly file a complaint with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General at: Send a copy to Publish America.
