BILL MAHON, an unlicensed plumber in PASADENA TOOK MY MONEY AND RAN.
He was contracted to do three jobs for me and took down payments on the jobs and did not either complete or start all three.
I will be filing a criminal report with the commissioners office in Montgomery County for whatever criminal charge they can throw at him.
