Boultes Bontracting
Aka the Florida Roof Doctor Edward Humphrey, John Mahon, Michael Allen Boultes of "Boultes Contracting" guilty of fraud. Ripoff Palm Beach Counties

In Nov. 2006 my elderly friend hired Boultes Contracting to replace and retile her roof. John Mahon took her $10,000 deposit and was never heard from again until a call was placed to the 866-SOS-LEAKS number on Jan. 29th 2007.

Mr. Mahon stated "I am only the estimator I do not handle the construction part of the business." he then put us in touch with Edward Humphrey (I do not know if this is the same Edward Humphrey, from the New Jersey area, but it is the same M.O.) who had nothing but excuses why the work could not be started. Many excuses later I then drove to the address at N. Federal Hwy.in Hallandale, FL. The suites were empty. Called again to Edward Humphrey, now with the knowledge of the abandoned offices, and disconnected number.

When asked for the direct number for Michael Allen Boultes Edward stated, "I will get a message to him and have him return your call."

Mr. Boultes then called, he made arrangements to meet with my friend on March 10th to resolve this issue by either returning the money or starting the job. They have not been back to the permit office nor have we been able to contact anyone at Boultes Company "aka" The Florida Roof Doctor since. Complaints have been filed and if you are a victim of this fraudulent company in Florida PLEASE contact Tallahassee DPBR and your local BBB and file a complaint immediately! Do not stand by and let them get away with your money.
