I lost my job. I spoke to Blake Randolph and he stated to fax a letter to Mark Welling. I was told I could get three months hardship case. (No Payments and finance charges) I was told to expect a response. None came from Mark Welling and if asked to send verafication I would have done so then. He did receive my fax. I lost my pay as well as having a knee replacement done. Gold jewerly that was purchased by me from my husband was returned on12/24/03 and it was purchased on 11/29/03. On12/24, I asked that the gold acct. Be put with the regular acct and they made a note for someone to do so. I spoke several days later and they stated there was a note but it has not been done yet! BlakeRandolph tried to help me but then I started getting calls from Ms. Akinson about every day. (Sunday also) I was in the bed so different members would have to answer the phone or hearmessagesShe called today;Sunday morning, I was in bed because I've been sick. I asked her not to call again! And again! I can not reach anyone on Sunday to that phone number! Husband took payment as far as to the store in Fredericksburg, Va. She stated it did not show up and he would have to go back! Thinking of bankrupsy will not give a cent more to Hechts. I stated I wanted to work this out. I have tried, Ms. Akinson is so rude and nasty for the public. I was not told the truth by this woman that calls on sunday mornings! She has harassed me at very early times as well. How did this woman get this job?
