Inc slammed my telephone in September and refuses to stop billing

Integretel slammed my telephone in September (we use 10-10-636 and never requested their service).

I called immediately, but the charge still showed up the next month. More calls were made in subsequent months, and I was assured that it showed as disconnected.

The charges continue to show up on my bills and my telephone company (Bellsouth) says that I have to contact Integretel.

I will follow up with letters and formal complaints, but this is the second time we have been slammed and it is so frustrating. It was such a relief to google and find that others have had problems with this company.
