Ripoff charged for a service that I never requested for but a service that never existed

I received more than $65.00 charged for Integretel Service billed by Bellsouth telephone company. The above charge was for the service I never requested for through either company. I made many phone calls to Bellsouth in attempt to solve the billing dispute. Bellsouth claimed to have taken $65.00 off my regular monthly phone bill, but that credit never materialed.

Each month, I received a phone bill from Bellsouth of which included the charge of $65.00 for Integretel Service. I refused to pay that amount. Each month after, Bellsouth sent me the $65.00 plus late charge. Because Bellsouth is unable to settle this bill with me, I asked its customer service representative to give me Integretel's direct phone number and address, that customer service didn't have these information. The represent told me that she will try to locate my request and get back with me. That never materialed either.

In the meantime, the late charges continue to accumulate, and Bellsouth still cannot help. And I cannot find Integrel physical address or phone number. I'm not only charged for a service that I never requested for, but a service that was never existed. It wasn't any service provided at all!
