Exposing the truth on their 1 year gauruntee

I ordered Exposed skincare a few months back to help out with a little breakout issue I had. I liked the idea of a 1 year guarantee. I used the product for two months and hadn't seen a change, it was almost worse than it was before.
I contacted them on how to proceeded with a refund, they sent me the info and I gathered all of my bottle and put everything together and went to the post office to mail it back.

Fast forward 6 weeks later, I hadn't heard anything about the refund and my CC hadn't been credited back so I called. When I called I had to leave a message because no one answered. I got a call back about an hour later from a lady named Kelly. I explained to her what happened and how I hadn't received a refund so she started asking questions about when I sent it in, how long ago, where from ETC. I could tell she was fishing for something. After about 5 minutes she couldn't find my information, I told her that shortly after I ordered I had called and deleted my accounted because they stored my CC information and I wasn't comfortable with that.

She proceeds to tell me that because I deleted my account I am no longer eligible for a refund. She says that when I called to cancel my account they told me you cant get a refund if you cancel your account. I told her that is bullshit no one said anything along the lines of that. She continued to get an attitude and told me there is nothing they can do. I again explained I would not have canceled my account knowing that I was ineligible for a refund at that time, she said well there are only a few of us that work her and I know that they would have said that. She wouldn't even listen, she was rude and hard to deal with. They did not say anything about this little clause when I canceled. They are dishonest and sneaky. The customer service is horrible and I warn you to stay away.
