Scam, unable to cancel order, wouldn't refund Money

This company is a scam! I ordered this product in good faith and paid the shipping/handling charges of $5.95. Didn't receive the product until 3 weeks later! By the time I actually got to try the product they had already charged my credit card an additional $88.62 because I hadn't cancels the order during my 14 day trial period.
I never had the chance to cancel the order due to the fact that their phone system was always busy 24/7!

When finally was able to contact them their customer representative told me to just return the unused portion and the $88.62 would be credited back to account. Another Lie! When I hadn't seen any adjustments being made to account, I called again, only to have the Customer Rep. Hang up on me. Before hanging up she told me that I had exceeded the time allowed to speak to a customer, apparentantly you can't talk to them for more that 2 minutes or you'll be disconnected.

Anyway - called back again, thankfully got a different representative, explained what had just happened. She told that it was my own fault, for not canceling the order within 14 days, even though I hadn't yet received the product! It didn't state that anywhere on the terms and conditions, however, I expect it's there now after the conversation.

The only thing that was stated very clearly from my end of the conversation was that this is a SCAM and that if I was not going to be returned $88.62 I wanted the product shipped back to me and that I would not allow any charges to be placed on my account.

I will make effort to make sure no one ever orders products from this company!!! They are a disgraceful company and do not deserve anyone's hard
earned income!
