I ordered advanced cleanse trial and canceled within the 30 days trial period. The day after I canceled they hit my credit card for $149.99 membership that I had never been told about in first place. I called them immediately and wrote them emails. They agreed to send me a refund and for 3 months they have told me every week wait 3-5 days my refund is being processed but It never was. Then 3 months later they said their supervisor had decided not to refund me because I hadn't called in the time frame so I wasn't getting my refund. This company has cheated me and then lied to me for 3 months.
