Poor service and rude employees

I requested a cover collection by telephone. I talked towards the operator, Laura. She stated I'd obtain a contact bill in a couple of hours which the collection could be delivered 24 hours later. After two times, I still had no mail, and so I named to check on. The individual about the telephone read me the riot work for not purchasing online. I subsequently talked to Laura, who had been similarly rude. She refused informing me I'd get the e-mail and stated it'd be delivered today. I came across another location promoting this collection, and so I named Laura back again to stop. She'd agreed to stop about the first phone. Today she suggests there's a-3% charge to stop though it hadnot been delivered. It'll be questioned on my card. They lay and therefore are extremely rude. Do not purchase from their store!!
