Alameda County Water District
Bill Increased by 1000%!

My husband runs an elder care home in Newark, CA. The water bill per month used to be $65 pr month. Under some pretext, water district changed the water meter. This month bill is now $650, an increase of 1000%. I would like to know what actions we can take to complain about the rip off. I know the city is running out of funds but they can't stoop to this kind of ripoff.
