This company stopped returning my calls after I gave them a 'refundable' deposit of $390

On June 5th, I gave this company a refundable deposit of $390 for a move that I am planning for September 26th. At the beginning of August, I called them to ask some questions. I did reach someone on the phone on August 19th. She said that my contact, Mike, would call me back. There was no call back.

After multiple emails and voice mails, a woman, claiming to represent the company called me on August 25th. She gave her name as Roselyn Ocampo. I requested an additional service, which she claimed she had arranged. [I sent a test text to see if her phone number was a cell and it was.]

The number is 646-421-7242. Very unfortunately, I sent her $300 via Western Union as a deposit for the additional service. She stated she would send me a receipt. I have asked her multiple times to send me the receipt, give me the name and number of the 3rd party vendor (for the add'l service) and each time, she had an excuse as to why she couldn't give it to me.

I am now out $690 and cannot even request a refund because no one responds.in addition, it's obvious that customer information is not kept private, secure or confidential.
