Trisha - Customer Service Manger Eco Canteen - SCAM "Hoax" BEWARE TO ALL COMSUMERS

I saw the ad on TV in May I thought it would be an excellent gift for my daugther and grandchild so I ordered two. The company billed my credit card immediately and I paid them before receiving the canteens. When my daugther did not receive them by her birthday in June (a totaly of 4 weeks of purchase date) I began e-maiing them on their webiste. After multiple e-mails and no response back from the company I began to call their customer service number in July. Most of the times I called they were unable to take my call at the time.By the end of July, I finally got a hold of a woman named Trisha claiming to be thier one and only customer service manager. This woman was very rude to say the least.initially she began raising her voice at me saying that is was my fault I did not receive the canteens because I gave them the wrong address. However, then she said her records showed I recieved my canteens. When I began to question how could her records show I received the canteens if I gave them the wrong address then she hung the phone up on me. I called back multiple times and she continued to just hang the phone up on me. After days trying to reach the company I got her "Trisha" again. I asked for the date and the address that the canteens were sent to. She could not give me the date but did give me the address. Therefore, I contacted the post office of the city (North Olmstead) they were supposedly sent too. The post office had no information about the canteens and asked me for the tracking number. I tried to call back for the tracking number and the same thing happened; as soon as I told Trisha who I was she hung up on me. I called back multiple times then Trisha screamed at me and told me to stop calling her and hung up on me again. I continued to call to get the tracking number and she would not answer the calls from my phone. I then used another cell phone to call her and she answered and hung up as soon as I asked for the tracking number. Then I continued to call her back for the remainder of the day and my calls went straight to a voice mail box. So, I have never received my canteens or a tracking number for the canteens. However, I was billed for the canteens. This does not seem to be a legitimate company and please comsumers beware.
