Lost of my suitcase

On 21 April I arranged a web-based shipping support with Parcel2go to transported 2 products sort Northampton to Brussels.

It was:

• 1 container of 10kg

• 1 luggage weight 34kg

Both of these products were reserved and gathered and were designed to be shipped together towards the same location. The container was delivered and my luggage containing my employees belonging worth significantly more than £2000 hasn't been shipped.

I had been informed by Parcel2go that since I state only £200 at that time of the scheduling and didn't consider the insurance policy, they'll simply pay £50.

This isn't appropriate and that I would really like one to assist me recover possibly my luggage or even the worth of the missing.

Take note the £50 lb they're providing doesn't protect the price of the clear luggage or the charge for that scheduling.
