Purchased a reasonably costly spotting scope online. This has been 2 weeks and that I still dont have it. I keep receiving these really universal customer support reactions by mail but no body is clearly attempting to do something for me personally. Ive been provided 3 various times regarding when to anticipate my item and we're well past all 3 times today. I'm a supervisor in retail as well as in a scenario such as this we'd move someplace that had the merchandise and take it back again to our shop for that client to buy. It is apparent Cabela's is method behind the changing times in customer support. How difficult could it be truly, to obtain me my spotting opportunity? To create a client content? Cabela's customer support is horrible. I will actually say they've dropped a person for a lifetime... Not they care.
