Outdoor Escapes. Concrete work is seriously chipping and cracking. They will not honor the two year warranty

Outdoor Escapes was hired to build 2 new decks and also a stamped concrete patio, walkway and stairs. The work was done between 9/08 and 11/09.

The concrete was poured during cold weather and then painted. We have since learned that the color should have been mixed in with the concrete. We have some serious cracks and chips and we are within the two year warranty but this company will not respond to phone calls or e-mails.

We have many pictures to support our claim. We want to be reimbursed for the concrete work.
