Mci world com wireless full of empty promises

I first signed over a year ago my phone was not working when i got it, it was promised arriving ready to use from factory it took over 2 weeks for it to be working then it was a long distance number it took over 2 more weeks it still didn't work it was disconnected with long distance number and never reactivacted with new one. I mailed it back with 16 minutes used and full letter of explanation. I was still getting billed 2 months ago from may.

I tried it again about 7 months ago the same thing the phone arrived but didn't work i waited 5 days it still didn't work so i mailed it back again with full letter. Am still getting billed. Am now going to turn over to lawyer.

Phones are promised activated when you recieve them and free 30 days or 30 minutes from date of activation. Major crock!!!
You'll call and wait up to 2 hours on hold and they'll tell you it's taken care of and for a couple of months it's okay. Then you'll get billed again.

People shoul;d consider a local company to them where you can actually talk to someone with the hold times and as i now know ask for and keep confirmation numbers for all transactions.
