Inability to correct online orde

I put an internet purchase with Master and Taylor. After I obtained the verification, the sneakers weren't the colour I requested. I telephoned immediately. They stated that there's no bypass or capability to stop or alter an order the moment the publish button is struck. Delivery was free, so it's likely to charge me to come back it and maintain stock-out of support for months = and of course I'll not need my present promptly. I'm never purchasing again from Master and Taylor!
