Floria incorporator is a total rip off and they know it. They set there web site up for that purpose. I cant believe or state allows this to happen to its corporations. That just shows you the govt doesnt really care they just want thier money too.
Somebody needs to shut theese people down. If i had a physical address i would go to it and take care of this company. Please somebody do something.
I see so many complaints and yet nothing has been done why?!!!
