I applied Intercargo to deliver 3 bits of baggage in the UK towards the people. Their support is horrible. They never react to any emails you deliver them-and won't provide you with any solutions for your concerns. They kept requesting a duplicate of my passport, that we had previously delivered three times preceding. They kept showing me they CAn't deliver my baggage with no passport copies. After eventually finishing paperwork, they accepted that my baggage was delivered to the incorrect location and was place in storage. I constantly named and sent Intercargo, however they didn't do something till per monthapproximately after calling them, after numerous emails and worldwide telephone calls produced on my component. It got me 4 MONTHS to obtain my baggage, when it will took just 14 days. I requested numerous occasions to get a reimbursement, however they didn't do something for me personally. I delivered numerous emails towards the supervisor, as well as published a notice and shipped it in the people towards the UK. No response. General, utilizing Intercargo was among the toughest encounters I've ever endured. I'd not recommend them to everyone!!
