If you are considering using this company to air freight anything, DO NOT USE THEM, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, I PROMISE YOU IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE.
I ordered a 5 - 8 day air freight service from the Uk to Brisbane Airport. After 12 days the goods were still at Heathrow, and I was told that it would be another 12 days until they left unless I upgraded to an express service. I had no choice but to pay the extra for an express service, as I had people relying on the goods arriving in Australia in the time frame promised.
I could not get through on the telephone, I tried 30 times and left numerous messages, and when I did get through I was told that they would get back to me, which never happened.in the end I had to ask my mother, who lives in the UK to call them, they did not call her back or give any explaination as to when my goods would be leaving.
When you eventually get to speak to a customer service person they argue with you and tell you that you have booked a cheap service and you need to pay more to get the goods delivered. Unbelievable but true! Their online tracking tells you nothing, except the weight of the goods and the suburb they were picked up from??? Their agent log in doesn't work, and their online ordering doesn't work either. I had to get an agent to book the air freight. The only thing that works is their credit card machine taking payment into their bank account.
They are rude, ignorant and unprofessional, I was told 5 - 8 days and should never of been charged extra after 12 days or wait another 12 days.
