Mexican Vital Records
Juan Castillo ordered birth certifcate from Torreon, Coahuila Mexico from Juan Castillo never received it or had calls returned

I logged on to Mexican Vital Records on July 11. Received a response the following day. All information that I gave came back with a positive response.

On July 12, I received a call from a Juan Castillo. Mr Castillo then gave instructions on how to send payment for the birth certificate. I called him back the following day to give him a pay pal card number. I was told that the certificate would arrive in 2 - 3 weeks.

One month later I called Mr. Castillo stating that I had not received anything. He was to call back the following day with information. I have not heard from him since August 11th. I have left numerous e-mails and voice mails and still no information.
