Contacted Mexican vital records in Texas for assistance in getting my Mexican license. Juan Castillo took my information wanted $300. I wired it. Calls me some time later in month says me found the license put me on the phone with lady in the records office. Ver believable! Wanted another$200. Never heard from him again. Doesn't return my calls! I've been scammed for$500
