Terrible service

I requested an entire group of Have Gun Will Travel DVDs. Got 6 disks, not correctly packed, not full. Was guaranteed alternative set. Same 6 disks, was guaranteed a return. Over 30 days later, no cash, no item. I invested over $100.00 (am outdated, it was my Shop for that year). I don't prefer to purchase poor products, I don't prefer to be lied to and I don't prefer to be put along for this lengthy with a business that, clearly doesn't have purpose of creating great on its guarantee.
