Charged for nothing

The very first money deal didnt undergo, therefore we swiped my card 2 more occasions. Following the computer program failing I left my product and remaining. I ensured to request the Ross Affiliate Debbie to make sure my banking account wouldnt get the costs. She reassured me it did not undergo. However it did, and affirmed the cash taken published.

I talked with all the supervisor - rude/eager / guaranteed me the costs were voided after I was there. I named Ross customer support 24 hours later and was informed it was a "nation-wide" issue... Totally annoying.
